Which countries do you ship to?
I ship worldwide as long as the country is available (all frontiers open at the moment) from my local post office. You can check the list of unavailable countries here if you're unsure:

How long will my package take to arrive?
All packages are sent from Spain. The estimated time of arrival will depend on where are you ordering from.

• Orders from Spain will take 3 to 5 business days.
• Orders from Europe will take 5 to 10 business days.
• Orders from USA will take 10 to 20 business days.
• Orders from the rest or the world will take 15 to 30 business days.

*Every ETA is orientative. There could be delays due to causes I have no control over.

What is a "Preorder"?
Preordering any item means purchasing it before it has been made by the manufacturer. Preordered items have longer waiting times before its available to be shipped. When an item is under preorder, the information box will be filled with all the information and important dates (such as when preorders end, when production starts, what time shipping will start) so you are aware of when the item will be shipped.

This kind of sale is usually used to collect the money beforehand to be able to pay to the manufacturer and to not produce an excessive amount of items.


I want to place a new order but I already have a previous one that hasn't been shipped yet, what can I do?
Easy! You can contact me via email ([email protected]) or via social media (Twitter, Instagram - @ainudraws) and I will arrange it to be sent together if possible. Sometimes, due to the higher weight of the package with the new items, I wont be able to offer you the same shipping cost. But depends on the amount of items you want to add to your existing order.

One of the items I want is out of stock, will it be back in stock sometime?
It depends on the item. Older items are less likely to be restocked, but just to be sure you can send me an email to [email protected]

I want to cancel my order, how can I do it?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed it can't be refunded.
